CONDITIONS
Health & Vaccines: Pets must present proof of up-to-date vaccines (Rabies and DHPP Vaccines) as well as be free of parasites and contagious diseases. Bordetella vaccines are not required. Dog who choose to get the Bordetella vaccine, a 2 week leave of absence is enforced the day of inoculation. Vaccines are not required for private Hotel, private Daycare, Pet Sitting and Dog Sitting Services. Puppies & kitties are able to attend a group environment once they have had their second set of boosters.
Every guest must wear a collar and an ID tag with a valid phone number. City Permit tag are needed for dog walks. Microchips are recommended for cats. We are not responsible for any fines which may result from an expired or missing City Permit tag. If your pet does not have a collar or ID tag, one will be provided at your expense.
Supplements are mandatory for cats & dogs attending daycare, Daycare or Boarding. Help increase immunity to reduce the risk of common communicable illnesses such as bordetella, papilloma as well as preventing diarrhea during big changes. It is recommended to start 2 weeks prior daycare or boarding and recommended to be continued throughout their lives.
For the safety and health of the group, notify us of any signs of illness prior to bringing your pets to us. Should we see symptoms at the daycare (ex: coughing, papilloma, frequent diarrhea/vomiting, pink eye, etc), guests will be asked to be picked up or guests transferred to a private boarding at your expense. Any cancelations due to sickness will be charged in full
Please note that from December 15 to January 10, our winter pricing will apply. Our Summer (June 10 - September 10) and Spring Break (March 1 - March 10) rates are also in effect during those periods. These seasonal adjustments reflect the high demand and extra care we provide during these peak times. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to offer exceptional pet care!
We have had a chance to walk your dog privately first to help us build a trusting bond with them. They are also conditional upon vaccines and flea/tick/worm preventatives being up to date, dogs being spayed / neutered after 7 months, and being social with all other dogs. Group walks are dependent on availability in your neighbourhood and a successful trial walk with the other pups.
Evaluations are mandatory by appointment. Additional evaluations may be necessary for pups who have not attended Daycare in 60 days or more. You may find detailed conditions in our agreement during registration
